We make sure to keep our refining fees as low as possible. The only way we can do that is by keeping our own costs down. So, you won’t find us working in a fancy office or sitting behind oak desks, and our sales force…well, there really is no sales force. What this means for you is that the savings we incur by staying a little on the frugal side, gets passed along to you.

We stay in touch with you throughout the process. We appreciate that by sending your dental scrap to us, you’ve put your trust in us. In return, we try to stay in contact with you throughout the entire process.
And if you call with a question, a human will answer the phone (yes, we’ve gotten stuck in those voice response loops too and we don’t much care for them either).
We Pay Quickly
Most dental scrap is completed within 7-10 business days. Certain materials (carpet, for example) require more processing and may take a little longer.
We Stand Behind Our Work
If you are not satisfied with your results, we will return all materials back to you at no cost to you. Yes, it’s that important to us that you have a good experience.
